Denise Richards Soon to be Single

If you used to crush on the 90s bombshell from Wild Things and Starship Troopers, then good news! Denise Richards will be single soon. Her husband, Aaron Phypers, decided it was time to pull the plug on their marriage and has filed for divorce… after he helped Richards curate her OnlyFans content so that it makes bank.

In case you’re curious, yes. That Denise Richards. Denise Richards was a Hollywood It girl in the late 90s/early 2000s. She starred in multiple movies, was one of the iconic Bond girls, and posed for both Maxim and Playboy magazines. She was also married to Hollywood bad boy Charlie Sheen from 2002–2006. And if you’re old enough to remember that drama-fueled firestorm, it’s probably time to schedule a colonoscopy.

Speaking of drama-fueled firestorms, Richards’ current divorce proceedings don’t appear to be going any smoother than they did with Sheen. Richards recently joked on the reality show starring the whole family (Phypers included) that she’d “never divorce” him, even “if we hate each other.” Whelp. Aaron Phypers was her husband for six years, and apparently was letting Richards fully support him financially. He claims to have zero income, and that in order to divorce due to “irreconcilable differences,” he’ll be needing spousal support. Denise will be just fine for income, in all likelihood. She’s bringing in $250K/month, due in no small part to the OnlyFans page that he helped curate. That’s right—Phypers was consulting and co-producing the thirst traps that Richards shares with her fans.

Here’s a breakdown of how the couple have been living, and what it costs to fuel their luxury lifestyle. Their household spends roughly $20K on clothing and $18K on rent. They also drop up to $15K eating out, but only spend $10K on groceries—proving once and for all that you really can save money by eating at home! They also reportedly spend another $15K on entertainment, because what is life if you aren’t enjoying it on purpose? Allegedly, Phypers wants to keep his motorcycle, his tools, and a sports car. Richards would be able to keep her earnings, but she might wind up losing a bit of those once they go to court.

Denise Richards may wind up writing checks to her ex, but she’s also already a part of a community of women who have found empowerment and autonomy on OnlyFans. Even prior to Phypers filing for divorce, Richards showed up on OnlyFans with gusto, proving that it isn’t just a hustle for her—it’s the stage she commands. Divorces might get pricey, but self-respect isn’t always cheap either. If nothing else, maybe removing Phypers from the equation will give Richards the oomph she needs to take her OnlyFans to the next level.
